Neutral Protease

Product Introduction:
This product is a proteolytic enzyme which is prepared by submerged liquid fermentation of Bacillus subtilis and the advanced post-extraction process. It can hydrolyze macromolecules protein into peptone, peptides, amino acids and so on, but it cannot break down keratin. It has been used in leather depilation, fur softening, silk scouring, medicine, brewing, feed, textile and other industries.

Specification:

1. Appearance: light yellow powder; water content: below 8%.
2. Activity: 50,000U/g, 100,000U/g.
3. Operative temperature: 30-50ºC; optimum temperature: 35-45ºC.
4. Operative pH: 6.5-7.5.
5. Activator: Ca²⁺, Zn²⁺.
6. Inhibitor: EDTA, Cu²⁺, Hg²⁺, Al³⁺, Pb³⁺, etc.
7. Standard: Industry Standard Q/YBS 001-2016.

Definition of U:
One unit of enzyme activity is defined as 1g enzyme powder hydrolyze casein to produce 1 µ g tyrosine in 1min at 30ºC and pH value 7.5, expressed by U / g.

Functions:

1. Leather depilation: depilation by enzyme (35-42ºC, pH7.5, 20-25U/ml) → water washing→ acid leaching→ tanning.
2. Silver recovery from film: the working condition is 45ºC, pH7.0-7.5 and 20-23 U/ml.
3. Silk scouring: pretreatment→ dehydration→ acid treatment→(protease 18-24U/ml),soap 0.75%,48-50ºC,30-60min,pH7.0-8.0 → dehydration→ pulling leather→ washing→ dehydration→ fluffing→ drying→ fluffing.
4. Pharmaceutical industry: this product has strong decomposition ability on mucopolysaccharide, has good effect on expectorant, used for the treatment of chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, cough and other respiratory diseases, and has good effect on the postoperative adhesion, decrustation, thrombotic phlebitis.
5. Feed industry: combined use with amylase, cellulase, hemi-cellulase can improve the feed digestibility. The general usage in feed is 0.01-0.03%.

Dosage: Mixed feeding.
